I was just wondering if any one has bought a Banshee (02') latly
because im trying to find a decent price for one. I was also wondering of anyone knows the top speed of a stock banshee and a piped banshee I've heard many things I think they were all guesses.

I have seen them for about 5600, my dealer sells them at about 5700. There is a place on ebay that has some listed, I think they are in illinois. I just came from ebay and the bidding was like 4500, but the reserve was not met yet.

As far as top speed goes, the April issue of ATV Action had a high performace shootout which had the top speed of the Banshee, Raptor, DS650, Cannibal, and 400EX. The top speeds were gotton on a dry lake bed. The machines were all stock. Here they are:

Banshee : 77.7 mph
Raptor : 76.9
DS650 : 76.1
Cannibal: 75.1
400EX : 66.8
