I need to rebuild my banshee and I am looking at these, does anyone have them and how good are they.

I know when my friend runs Wiseco's in his shee his friend can beat him on his modded 440 EX, but if he puts the Vito's in the 350, it'll walk right away from the Honda, so they must give somewhat of a power boost........Hope that helps a little.......
