Piece of cake...all you need is a some mechanical ability and a flywheel puller. I installed a timing key while I was in there.

Hey RRR, if you don't have a service manual get one & follow along. I read thru it & it's not hard if you have a little mechanical ability & orginazation, you will need a flywheel puller (tools are always agood investment & it's cheaper than a mech). Don't give your mech money for things you can do your self. the more you work on your own Raptor the more familiar you become with it & you can spend your $ on goodies instead of labor. Just follow the directions & work slowly it can be done.

BTW did you get your wheelie bar fixed? Check out my web site for some good pics of my wheelie bar. the links in my profile.

RRR, you have to get the service manual from a Yamaha dealer (about $53 & $15 for the 02 update) You need a puller for the proper thread sizes, motionpro has them for about $34 or you can get one from your dealer. The Yamaha puller may be more expensive I haven't checked them.
