Only for people who care about this sort of thing. My side cases were all scratched from my boots so I polished them. It is alot easier to get the scratches out of the polish cases then the paint. You just take mothers polish to them once in a while. Check them out at my web site. www.geocities.com/thomas7197/Raptor.html

Your side cases look great! How did you do them? I want to polish my banshee cases soon.

I think the exhaust guards are steel, you'll be polishing them every day because without paint they'll rust just by the moisture in the air.

That does look great! I did my brake lever side cover but sanded the paint off then went finer and finer on the grit and then used polish. Your way seems a lot less labor intesnive!

Regarding the exhaust guards, I think they are steel but they sure do chrome up nice! I got both my guards done at a place called Show and Go in Garland Texas for $40.00. They do Harley chrome and stuff so they do good work. The chrome is durable as heck and has no discoloration from the heat, 5 months and counting! I'd recommend this to anyone who wants a little shine on their Raptor.
