does a blaster have a rev limiter? and if not can one be installed? thanks

my friend who isnt very good at shifting is planning on getting one and he doest want to blow the engine.

That is a moronic question about installing a rev limiter. Blaster engines aren't that easy to blow if theyt were every ammature in the world that rides one would have blown their engines.
