400ex vs. mojave speeds

what is the top speed on the mojave compared to the 400ex? what machine is an all-around better machine?

I'd have to say the 400EX. I have not rode a mohave but I have ridden a Lakota sport. If the Mohave is like the lakota than the 400EX is a way better machine. It handles better and is faster also.

I would have too say that the 400EX would probably be the better all round machine the only thing I like better about the Mojave is that it has reverse.

The Mojave is the same now as it was 11 years ago. Back in the day, it was pretty high tech with liquid cooling and 4 valves, but now it is kindergarten, old school. The EX will spank it in every category. The backward kick starter on the Mo is all that makes it go. Pass on green and Ride Red!

actually the mojave engine is STILL a lot more high tech than the 400ex's engine. but that doesn't matter because the 400ex still blows it away in every category. you just can't compare a 250 four stroke (especiially an over weight poorly suspended one like the mojave) with a 400EX. i'm not just sayin this cuz i have a 400ex either.
