I was planning on buying some 27 inch 589 M/T but most places are sold out. Was thinking about the tri/bi claw tires or the gators in 27 inch size. Plan on doing some trail riding in UTAH in may and mud hoping in Wisconsin also. Any pros or cons?

I've not ran the gators, but I do run the Bi/Tri Claws. I think you'd be quite happy with them. Quite awesome in mud, and great for trails, smooth out on hardpack after 5-7 mph. So far, and excellent tire.
