got head?

i pulled my head off to have it milled down some more.....there was a milky, lotion lookin stuffin on the dome, anybody know what this is?

Water mixing with the oil. You have a blown head gasket or seal in the crank case. Check your oil and look for the same thing. Water is entering the cylinder.

Oh, and that may be why that shop thinks your cylinder compression is down. If it is something like a blown head gasket you will lose compression of course.

PS, you might want to read my responce to your head milling post...
