Hey Guys,

Just a quick question...when you put a Banshee exhaust system back together are the ends of the pipes supposed to fit "into" the ends of the silencers (you know, where the clamp goes around)?

When I put mine back together the pipe didn't actually fit inside of the end of the silencer pipe so I put them as close together as I could and tightend the clamp. Is that wrong?

Thanks for the help.

The pipe should slip into the silencer. The clamp is just to help seal the exhaust from leaking.

Most pipes require a silencer to match. Also, some pipes will not work with stock silencers or of a different brand.

What brand pipes and silencers are you working with??
