400ex high pressure piston question

wazzzzzzzzzzzzup..if anyone could help wit the it would be great..I would like 2 know what is the best high compression piston for the 400ex, and also what else would i have 2 do to the engine..for it not 2 blow, and make it run better. Thanks dudes
