400ex or 250r a-arms on a 300ex,has anyone on here done this?

i'm sure someone on here has converted over to 250r or 400ex a-arms on thier 300ex or 250x.just need a little insight on what all has to be modified.i've heard they are almost direct bolt ons.so if anyone has done this or knows how it should be done please clue me in so i have a lot less trial and error thanks.

The mods don't like you much anymore so don't expect to get alot of info outta this thread. Before the mods lock it.

well i can do with out comments like that.and if the mods don't like me anymore just because they can't take some criticism then thats their problem.this thread ahs nothing to do with the moderators and by all means is a legit tech question.
and if all of my questions and posts start getting locked becuase they hold a grudge thats fine then i will just move on,i can tell when i'm not wanted.

That search button is finicky, for some reason you have to click it to search and then it actually has the nerve to ask what you want to look for? damn..
