Go with RCR or Hpd, both are very good pipes. Call Rick at RCR, he sells both.

Bansheenut, simmer down now. the sites I posted are your polaris performance folks. Call each to see if the offer what you want. The rason nobody posted on which is better is because a majority of them Are like me, one quad and one pipe people, therefore they cannot say which is bst in there opinion. I went with rcr because of his great rep and he deserves it. He walked my retarded but thru the simplelest procedures.I am sure there are people who do not like his product,it does not have the the bst finish, but it is a performer. The other manufacturers pipes, I do not know about, but I am sure that they are not still around because the seel crap. Hope this helped.Take it easy, later,Biggin.

I've had experiences with a couple different aftermarket Polaris hop ups.

I've found HPD to have the best quality, fit and finish, and performance.

If I were to buy another Polaris machine, I wouldn't even waste any time looking at other brands. That's my opinion, and I'm sticking with it.

I would have to say that HPD has the best pipe for the TB.
I have a 99 TB that has HPD's race porting and reed conversion
kit installed. I asked Darrell at HPD if his race pipe would
add any more power over the trail pipe. His answer was that
the trail pipe made better usable power than the race pipe did.
And by the way! HPD is working on a full blown race engine
for the 400 scram that makes 88 hp!

Clutch kits are all best used with the same manufacture of
the pipe.

I asked the same question a while back and ended up with the DG. It has a beutiful finish and I can ride wheelies now! Pipe/silencer was $199. It did loose some top end though. If I were to do it again, it would be HPD.

I went with an RCR..Awesome is the world I can say, pulls very hard the whole powerband.
This is my only bike and only time I piped it, so RCR is all I know ok.
