I finally ordered my 1st ATV.
2000 Wolverine (blue).
I picked it up for $5295.95.
With the hitch, tax, and registration it came to
$5650.00 out the door.
I think it's a fair price, some of the dealers I visited wouldn't come down from the $5695 MSRP.
I'll be picking it up next week. I'm 31 years old but I feel like a 10 year old a week before Christmas.

I choose the wolverine because I think it will suit my needs (some work / a lot of play) better than the others I was considering (magnum 500,kodiak,450s)
I also was impressed by what wolverine owners had to say about their bikes (mostly from this post)

I'll let you know how my 1st month goes with my new machine.

 

just got a 2000 wolverine.i paid 5870 out the door.i switched from a dirtbike and got my first 4x4.its not even broke in yet.

 

You guys wont be dissapointed.

Bought one up here in Alaska about 2 months ago, and have about 35 hours on it in the deep snow with the outside temps around 15 above, and have loved every minute of it.

I sure you could get the same price.
I shopped around and got the best price at Keifer Yamaha in Franklin (WI) (which is about an hour from my house) I then went back to Port Yamaha West in Germantown (WI)(which is much closer to my home) and asked them if they could give me a better price, which they did.
