Has anyone noticed the small intake on the 700 and has anyone addapted a larger version. The small inlet must be restrictive there must be a better way to supply air without compromising safety of water injestion.

I have noticed that the snorkle is quite small on the 700. I also have noticed that quite a few people compain about thier 700's running on the rich side (mine seems to)- Could be related??

Of course, you have to remember that you are only feeding 2 small 340cc cylinders, one at a time- not one gigantic 683cc cylinder. Thus, a lot of the complaints about too small a carburetor, too small a snorkle, etc, may be unjustified???
