Quietest aftermarket slip on silencer

I want a slip on but I need a quiet one because my riding area has a noise ordinance of 97db. What one will give more low end and has a spark arrestor for my 400EX.

For my 400EX and under 97db.

I don't think there is an aftermarket slip on under 97db. If there is, good luck finding one.

maybe the new FMF Quietcore pipe not sure bout the DB lvl on it or u could just look for headerpipes

How about LRD pipe and call them to find out their pipe do 97db or lower....
