Dealer just informed me that I have busted both A arms and the front drive shafts as well. Funny, I brought it in for overheating, nothing else. Never noticed anything loose, shaky or shimmying in the front end before. I have not looked at it since dropping it off @ dealers. If this dealer wants full price for these parts, I'll buy them elsewhere and replace them. Anybody had to buy these parts for a Sportsman 500 before?

The a-arms are cheep and so are the bushings and pivot rods that go with the a-arms
Don't know about the shafts, it sure sounds fishy, I would think you would have felt somthing.

I myself cannot understand how the shafts are broken or damaged. They want 150.00 CDN per A arm and 325.00 per drive shaft. This is running about 950.00 CDN, about $650.00 US. Thye had better provide me with evidence of this damage, or its back to the legal action again..
