Installing new rear pads on my Kodiak, and I ended up having to take the whole brake assembly off the bike to put the new pads on. I hung the line going to the brake assembly up high as to keep the fluid in the line. It fell off its perch and drained all of the fluid from the line and now i can't get fluid to go back through. I filled the resevoir up and bubbles come out for a bit but no fluid ever drains from the hose. You can pump all you want and still no fluid. Anyone have an idea on what I could do.

I am not sure if you gave enough information. Did you bleed your brakes?

Try to bleed at pedal. Pump up & unbolt the line while holding pedal down. Close bolt while pedal is still down. Continue, keeping fluid full, until you have pressure at pedal. Works better than trying to bleed at rear. Plus, it's all together. Let me know how it comes out or if you have any more questions.

At the master cylinder where the brake line connects.

I am not sure how your brake system is made on your bike. But if it has disc brakes & a master cylinder with a fluid resevoir, then the information I gave you should do the trick. Remember to pump, hold down, unscrew, screw back in while holding down pedal, & do this until you can feel the brakes working. I always have had trouble on my motocross bikes trying to bleed at caliper. Then a friend told me to bleed at master cylinder & this works so much better. A lot more messy though!
