GRIZ mods

#1 how do i bypass that dam override
#2 What is going on with this pipe mod, where is the power gain going to be
#3 This side panel mod with the holes is this fixing the steam in the intake problem
Put on about 100 miles this weekend on the new griz.I loved the ride and power (but you can always use more). BUT!! I did have all the problems that people have been talking about. As long as the mudrunners where spinning all is ok but when i let up and stopped in the thick crap, it would act like it was in that dam speed override!
this was before the tires where spinning, forward or reverse sputter sputter HELP!!!

I am commenting on this just because i would like the same info.
As far as the rev. lim override...check out silverbear 's website. He has a link in his sig. line.
As far as the sidepannel mod, it only helps to keep the bike cool. As far as the steam...well that might just be the problem in the "thick" stuff, but i dont think so. The reason i say this is, in deep or shallow water, it doesnt do it. Just the thick mud, like you talk about. I am thinking of a snorkle job on the intake to see if "steam" is the issue.
