When I ride my 250 I am always anoyed by having to push the little red button before I can get into reverse. So I did this quick little mod which I found on another site and now all I have to do is put it in neutral, pull in the clutch and pop it in reverse. Another advantage to this is that I now can get a parking brake block off and get rid of that jumble of cable and buttons on the clutch pirch.

 

That mod is blasterd all over this board.....I did it to my 250X long ago. Good mod, on the X you can just hit the lever with your foot. On the EX it's kinda a weird lever so you can't just hit it with your foot.
