If you have a polaris 4 or 500 sportsmen you may want to try this mod out.On your air exhaust for your clutch.Plug the exhaust port hole off with a peace of plastic and a hot glue gun to seal it tight.Next on the top of your exhaust port part,,,take a saw and on the outer edge facing outward from the gas tank,cut a 1 inch line on the top side of the peace of the exhaust port.This will give you more air presure exhaust to keep out any water or muck that may try to enter your clutch compartment.And let you go up to the top of your seat in water with out getting your belt wet or mucky.And at the same time letting your kooling system on your clutch kool your clutch compartment.
