I'm in shock, I was at the DMV site checking to see if I can get a legal tag and ran across this site. As of 7/1/2002 ALL atv's must be titled and not license will be issued. I think it only applies to bikes and atvs on public lands.

You'll never convince me of titliling being a bad thing as well as random title checks off of private property, as I supllied many items including a dune buggy the the "black market" over the years. (Insurance didn't cover the buggy, I'm not thrilled trust me, if I ever see it it'll be luck that makes me call the police and not shoot the peron on the spot.)
