Call your visa/mastercharge and challenge it! I assume you used paypal or bill pay, etc.

Ebay is ok as long as you can see the vehicle in person before bidding. If the seller won't let you, then something is probably wrong.

Yeah, I bought my Zilla from a guy in Pennsylvania. He had lots of pictures but nothing really close. From the pictures it looked pretty good. He said all the bearing were tight, the frame was straight and no cracks, and said there was a few flaws, such as cracked plastic, and misc little things. Well, let me tell you, this thing was trashed. ALL the bearings were toast, the frame was bent and cracked and it needed a lot of attention, the swing arm was cracked. The only thing was the motor was in good shape and ran good. I immediatley called him and he said he never noticed that the frame was bent or cracked and that the bearings were shot. SO he said to take it in to a welding shop and get it fixed and he would pay for it. I did and he never payed me or would return my emails nothing. This was from a small dealer in Pennsylvania named Bates ATV in Bakersville(If I remeber correctly). So if you see this guy selling stuff on ebay, STAY AWAY. He acted like he was going to take care of things, but never did. All he was worried about was me giving him feedback, so I did an ok one because I thought he was going to make good, but as soon as I left it, he screwed me. I paid 2k for it and it was probably worth about 1200. Live and learn and what goes around comes around. If I could have seen it in person, I no doubt wouldn't have bought it. I will never do this again. And this guy had a good feed back rating...

I bought my 2001 Bombardier DS650 on ebay for $4000.00 even. It only had about 2 hours on it and was in perfect shape. I don't think I could have found a better deal without stealing it. I trusted the seller because of his positive feedback. 126 positive out of 127 says a lot.

Good point Rockey. Just stay away from people with zero or negative feedback. I bought and sold my tecate on ebay. No problems either time.
