Motor oil in belt housing on Kodiak

Thought I would have a peek at the belt last night to see how it was holding up. I popped the cover off and motor oil drained out. I assume the seal on the shaft going from the motor to the drive pulley must be leaking. Anyone else had this problem. And yes it is definetly motor oil.

Behind the secondary clutch wheel, there is also a small metal tube/pipe that is about 3 inches long and attached to two bolts. This also runs motor oil from one place to another.
