Best motor to put in Quadsport 230?

well I am gonna put a PE 250 motor off of a motorcycle on it for now(it is my uncles)then after that blows up I am trying to figgure out what kind of engine i will put in it. Trust me the way my uncle runs things it wont take long for it to blow up.

Im going to try puting a honda 350x engine in my quadsport 230
