Anyone ever done any custom cutting or trimming of sand paddles?? I have the Skat-Trak Edges in the 10 paddles and I feel that I'm getting too much bite! I won't to MAYBE trim them back somehow in order to get a little slip and spin back to the rear end...help keep the RPM's up during climbs.

Any ideas or suggestions????

Sell them. Plenty of Shee's looking for ten paddles. Buy a new set w/ the money.

Nah, too much trouble. I like them enuff to keep. They get me around great. Just would like a "little" more wheel spin.

Is there a creative way to achieve this? If not, I guess I could run them on pavement till I wore down the blades a little more (nah).

Don't do that. You will tear the blades off before you wear them out... Ooops didn't see the "nah"....My bad.

Don't do anything till you get your moded engine back together!!
You'll have more power & the 02 gear ratios, It'll make a diffrence & they'll be in good shape when you have to sell them for the Extremes you'll need after your mods!!

I hear ya MOOSE!! And maybe you're right about the modded motor being able to turn them better. It should have quite a bit more grunt to it, especially on the bottom end and midrange. So maybe there is nothing to fret!!

Hopefully we will see soon (please, VERY SOON)
