Look in my signature for the link, its called ATVing -July 18th 2002.

Its funny, the Honda died in the water hole. I had to rescue him once again. Then after we fixed his quad up and drained the water I went through the same spot where he stalled and it was nothing. If his quad had the ground clearence my quad does then it would go through alot of mud. Its so light.

Nice pics Brent, if I didn't know better I'd swear it was my ATV in the pics.

Hey did you happen to see the new front bumper Cat has coming out as a 2003 accessory? I'm told it should fit the 2002 500i's so I'm going to pick one up as soon as they are available, it looks really cool!

How do you find the power of the 500i with those tires? I find that I have to use low range sometimes.

Well I definitely wish my 2002 500i Manual had more power, I do find that I use lower gears more because of the lack of power in higher gears. Believe it or not I've yet to use low range at all, that's probably because I don't play in the mud as much as you. I bet the 2003 500i will be able to turn these larger tires much better in the higher gears but we won't know for sure until another month or so. My 500i sounds more like a Diesel when going up hills if I'm in too high of a gear and it starts to lug, does yours sound like this too?

Yep, the exact same thing. My old quadrunner 500 did this too. I'm sure the vinson motor in the 500i will liven it up alot. I'll have to go for a test drive and see if its worth upgrading. Also if Suzuki releases an IRS big bore I'll probably switch over to them.
