Would there be an advantage to this? Normally quads are toned down from their bike counterparts, wonder if Cannondale has done this also?I.E. XR400 vs/ 400ex LT400Z vs/ LTZ400 I may put the MX400 map in my Speed and see what happens?

The Cannondale engines in the bike and quad are the same....unlike the example of other brands you mentioned.

I don't believe the maps from the bikes would work well simply because the map is designed for a vehicle that weighs over 100lbs. less than the quad.

Terry down at Marcums is playing around with this right now. He said that a Cannibal with the X440 mapping and a Big Gun, ran pretty good. It pulled real hard up to 5th gear. Then it fell on it's face. Runnin pretty rich I guess. He's planning on doing a bunch more testing, and working on his own mappings also.

He just got a couple of FX motors and an old frame. He's building a drag quad out of it. :-) He's gonna let me know how it goes.
