Just put on +2 A-Arms and Works triple rate shocks. Now I need to improve the rear suspension. How many of you guys have had the stock '02 Raptor rear shock redone, and how were the results? I am told they can come out pretty good. Should be about half the money of a W/P Ultracross replacement unit. If the stock shock has potential, it doesn't seem worth it to pay the big bucks. What do you guys suggest?? The Raptor is used for fast desert and dune type riding, but I don't race it. Just want something that will be compatible with my new a-arms and make a nice improvement over stock, as well as set up for my weight better. Opinions and first-hand experience on this please!!

I've got the zero preload elka rear kit. It dropped my seat height by almost 3 inches. Its awsome on the track. But will say that griffbambino is right about slow woods riding. Its real stiff, not as plush as the stocker, but the gains out way that one con. Hope that will give you some info.
