Hi,I`m new to ATV`s and just got a 2000 Trail Boss 325.I got it as a part trade for a car I sold.I knew the previous owner real good.He told me the battery was dead and won`t hold a charge, which it didn`t.I bought a new battery and installed it and I still have no elec starter or lights. The battery is fully charged, but it seems like no power will go through the starter solenoid. Both battery cables are good and are tight.Another thing is that the rear brake pads were bad and he was only using the fronts which also wore down so I bought all new pads today,I installed the rears and was confused about the brake lines going to it,but figured it out and the foot operated one doesn`t have any pressure.I started on the fronts and I went to bleed the one side and the bleeder broke off,so can this be fixed or do I need a new caliper.Any help appreciated,by the way whats the top speed on these things?

I have a 2000 trailboss as well. My footpedal brake has no pressure either. Its main use is to slow you down on hills. Ive had to have my back brakes replaced twice in the year and five months ive had it. The top speed is around 50mph. Mines all stock. The hand brake goes to all brakes that is why the pads in the back went out. When you start driving it get up to around 30mph and pull your hand brake hard to warmt he new brake pads. If u dont do this the pads will wear out much quicker.
