How's this price sound for a '03 Kodiak 450?

my local shop has quoted me the following two prices, do they sound pretty reasonable as far as what everyone else is seeing. '03 kodiak 400 $5005.00 out the door, or a '03 kodiak 450 $4705.00 out the door. they also have the winch/plow deal going on. does anyone have the dealer quote on these machines.

The 450 is cheaper than the 400 ???? What I read was the 450 was being sold at the price the 400 was,and the 400 was discounted 700 bucks below that. But if you can get a 450 for that price out the door,take 2 !!!
