I have a good fabricator friend that might be able to make me one of these with 2 stock swing arms, but I was wondering if anyone knew where I could pick one of these arms up?

I am not looking for anything radical, maybe 2" to 5" depending on what your experiences are.

I've asked questions about this repeatedly in here, and no one seems to know jack. You should be able to do it without cutting up another swingarm. There is a place that does them, that I can't find the link for, for about $225. I don't have a suggestion as to the length as it depends on your riding style and the motor mods you have done to the machine. I would keep in mind that you will want to purchase a wider axle that corresponds to the amount you have lengthened it. I would get a +4 axle and go no more than +6 on the swingarm, +2-+4 would be a better bet unless you just want to drag race, in that case you wouldn't need to widen the axle. You will likely want to have your rear shock revalved once you have lengthened the swingarm because you have changed the leverage generated on the shock, a new spring would be almost mandatory. I've seen a newer Raptor with a broken extended swingarm as a result of continual bottoming related to extending without changing the shock spring. I hope this helps. You should keep an eye on Ebay for another swingarm if you decide to go that route, just do a search with 350X and ATC350X in search window. One thing you want to make sure of is that you only increase the length of the swingarm BEHIND the shock pivot, not ahead of it.
