THanks for the number! Finally got my Raptor apart......lost the dogs off of 4th gear "wheel"......not the pinion. This is the one that locks in reverse and moves away when reverse is dis-engeged.....moves back into 2nd gear "wheel"! One of the shift forks seems to have a little pre-mature wear as well. Everything else is fine....I got lucky. I will probably go with a mild cam + JE 10.75/1 and fix the broken / worn parts or get the 02 tranny upgrade. If I go the 01 route, I will unhook reverse (because by the looks of my engine, I think this is the root of my failure). One dog was rounded (the first too go) and the other 2 looked fine. Anyway, thanks again pal and keep us up too date on your Raptor!
