Wont start when hot and fan not going full speed?
#1
I was out riding and my ds just stopped running, Then I pushed the start button and nothing happened, I pushed it a few more times and it finally started.
Then I went riding the next day and I shut it off after a while and I noticed that the fan was not turning at full speed, and I pushed the start button and nothing happened, I let it sit for a while then pushed the button again and it started.
Anyone have any idea what it could be? I think the fan might have a bad bearing. What are all the after market cooling systems? I made my own radiator scopes.
Thanks
Nick

What battery are you using? Every electrical problem I have had has been the Battery,Loose connections or a bad battery. Do not buy a Power Source battery. Power Source are junk and do not work with the Bomb. (found out after buying 3 of them)

I checked the wires going to the battery that is the first thing I thought of, and I dont think the battery is bad because I tried to charge it and it was the same. And the lights and are bright and when it does start it turns over just fine.

Well, I took the fan apart today and one of the wires inside the fan came unconnected so I reconnected it back in place put the fan back together and now it works great.
Still dont know if the starting is screwed up, have not taken it for a ride
