lol. i hope you were joking, lol. the valves,( rocker style) need to be adjusted on the grizzly at least every 100 hours. i do mine every 20 or 25 hours. the 3 intake are always tight for me, along with almost everyone else. doing it is pritty streight foward. get a manual, and follow it step by step, and it will take about 2 hours the first time. i now have it down to less than 2 hours. things you have to remove to do them.
1.) front rack.
2.) gas tank cover.
3.) white plastic under gas tank.
4.) gas tank itself.
5.) manual puller cover.
6.) manual pull start rope itsself.
7.) side panel behind right front wheel, ( little black panel with 2 10 mm bolts.)
8.) right front tire.
from there, just follow the manual, and its a breeze.
good luck

I just got done doing mine today for the first time, it took me about 1 hour to do it. They were done at 20hours, and now at 160 hours they were very very tight.
Doing them is very easy to do, just have a feeler gauge set, and you'll be allset.
