A few months ago i was hit with the atv bug. Ive read reviews and posts on almost everyone. My dad and i went to the local dealership and i really like the ozark and my dad really likes the rancher 4x4 es. He thinks that we should get 2 ranchers instead of getting one rancher and one ozark. My question is since im only 5'6 if i should get he ozark instead of the rancher. and help would be great.

I am 5'9" and have no problems handling the 450S, although I am stronger than most. At 5'6" depending on your build, 350 rancher should be no problem for you. Strength should be more of a factor than height. For the price of a rancher you could get an eiger which has more features and speed than either the ozark or rancher. I was surprised after getting the 450S (this is my first quad). I was originally looking at something smaller and cheaper, now I wish I had bought a larger more powerful machine like a P650 or something. Just a thought.

We will be using them for mostly trail riding up in new hampshire and just around the house. We probably wont be going in any mud holes with them.

The AC is WWAAAYYYY more comfy than the Honda, just as reliable and you get much more for your money. Look at the '03 400 AC's, they have seven to chose from here is the link to AC web site.If you have any question, drop a line.

I am 5'6" and 180 lbs., and the Rancher is just my size. The 2X4 Rancher is a kick to ride, but if you aren't on the heavier side, the Ozark may be a better choice.

Ozark should be a blast and since you are that light it should zoot you around pretty good. Stay away from Artic Cat. Too many problems and too heavy/slow.
