Check out this product called Clear Guard Protection System:
Clear Guard

Has anyone tried this stuff?
They even have it for the cannondale models.

Something like that came on my truck in a few spots. Within a year it was yellowing and now at 2 years is quite yellow. And $80! come on, new plastic is only $200. I don't get it.

I roll of cleat packing tape is $2.00.

What's "cleat packing tape"? If you put it on the plastic where your boots rub, can you get it off?

TYPO "Clear packing tape" sorry. It also comes off easily and what's left will come off with Goop-Off.
