replacement clutch slippin on lakota

i tore into my friends lakota to check the clutchescause it was slippin really bad the friction plates were wore out replaced them and now the thing will not move u can here it spinnin inside but no movement i mean itll move at idle speed ive adjusted the clutch adjuster all the way out and ya cant shift it i go in on it and it gets easier but still slippage hell its 10 times worse now any ideas on what i did wrong

Did you soak your discs on oil for a day or so or install them dry . If dry they could have burned out already . Other than that I know nothing other than the word Dealer to help.
