I have a Excalibur axle that has the threads striped [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-frown.gif[/img] on the axel itself at the outer nut that hols the axle in the carrier.

Who makes, or has a web page or phone number of the company that makes the excalibur axle? To see if I can get them to replace it.
