I'm looking for ways to improve the power of my Rubicon. Jetting, air filter and exhaust seem to be popular on other quads but don't hear much about Rubicons. Anyone know of an applicable exhaust that will increase flow without increasing noise level (at least not much). When it comes to jetting I've read the manual and it looks simple enough just don't know what to order or where to get it. Nearest dealer is far enough away that a mail order would be easier. Any one out there with suggestions?

 

Well, I've done about everything there is to do to a Rubicon. Your first steps would be something like the High Lifter Performance kit (filter, jets, muffler). Any aftermarket muffler will make it louder.
