Trail Tech lights
#1
Since I got rid of my factory lights, I was thinking of getting some Trail Tech Billet lights. They are 35 watts each, I don't know how many amps they pull, but would like to know if anybody has experience with these? Would they work on my Speed? How could I find out?

wyndzer,
The trail tech lights will work on your quad. the 35 watt lamps draw 2.8 amps and the 50 watt lamps draw about 4.0 amps. Just remember Power (watts)=Current (amps) x Voltage (voltage could be considered 12.5 volts) - now you can solve for powrer or current.
If you run two of the trail tech 50 watt lamps, they will be as bright as the PIAA's but less expensive.
You need a 10mm hole to mount the lights. the lights have a pivot so you can mount them horizontal or vertical and still get the lights pointed the way you wan them.
