I have a 2000 warrior and it has an fmf pipe/k&n air filter but I think it still has the stock jet. So what jet do you guys recomend? Also exactly what kind/number of plug do you think I should run?

Without any info as to your elev., I'd try a #150 main jet to start. With the FMF pipe that may be a tad fat and if so you could drop to a 147. It is always best to go a little fat when rejetting and then test ride/ plug read to really know what the engine tells you.
As for the plug, I never had a problem with the stock NGK size.
