I have heard people discussing the amazing low to midrange power brougt on by the penland cams upgrade, and others describing the glass ceiling of topend they still hit without the cdi upgrade. Question #1. From all discussions it is agreed that the cdi upgrade will smash through top end limitations, will it also help with the low to midrange power, if so are cams really worth the $$$.
Question #2. I have already hit 64mph (slight downgrade/asphalt) on my stock 650 and the transmission whines like a ford escort doing 90 in reverse, I know people have stated that the concerns of frames folding up is unfounded but what about my transmission, will i need to carry an on board fire extinguisher to put out my transmission when I break through this vaunted top end barrier?
