My friend has a 02 400ex (nothing against honda, kinda like em myself) and that thing is made cheap!! We were getting ready to go to "Bussy" a big rock quarry riding park here in Iowa, that morning we went for a little ride. He landed a pretty big jump and it bent the front wheel all to heck, we fixed it with a hammer and a block of wood, by the time we got it fixed it was to late to go to Bussy! The next morning we had planned on going again, woke up early so he could change his oil and he twisted the whole plug and part of the tank off! what kind of luck is that. The whole bottom part of the frame and the a-arms are rusting also. Has anyone else had these problems? or is it bad luck does anyone have an extra oil tank for sale$$

Strangeness....My brother has an 02 400 ex which I have rode alot... It has had an oil change and has been jumped. But not that high. I suspect your friend turned the drain nut the wrong way if he Thinks that a hammer and a block of wood will fix a bent piece of metal. On the contrary it makes it weaker and easier to bend. What were you guys thinking then?
