i was vey happy with the quad turnout last night. my estimation is we had 50 to 60 quads maybe more. the money class alone had 13 riders, fuller led the first 5 laps of the first money moto and then was passed by mrp who won with fuller running second. the second money moto mrp pulled the holeshot with ryan on his tail and fuller running fourth. this was a very good race with mrp winning but ryan on his tail and pushing him the whole race. fuller came in fourth and i gotta give it to him he had a rough night. he ran the money class which was 8 laps per race and ran the 401 up 4 stroke class. we had 7 riders in the mini class and this was a hoot to watch. the first moto they came out of the gate and made the wrong turn and was going around the track the wrong way. we had to chase them all down and get a restart.idont know all the names in these races so i am giving results of people i know. first mini moto a little girl on a honda 90 ran first and tyler allen ran second and my boy ran fourth. the second moto saw tyler allen get the holeshot and the little girl hot on his heals they ran neck to neck for 3 and a half laps with her attempting many passes but tyler on his kasea 90 held her off till the last lap and his chain came off. the little girl got first and my boy got second. josh didnt get to run the money class as the moto had problems that morning and he ended up riding the cannibal he used to race but managed to place second in both 401 up four stroke motos. mxmike [ special ] had some bad luck the first moto of the 401 and up four stroke but still managed i believe a fourth. by the second moto he had to leave for personal reasons and missed it. motowm did not get his a-arm but mxmike let him ride his quad in the 4 stroke beginner. this is the only class where we had a problem. we had a SANDBAGGER that finished 17 seconds before the rest of the pack. im not sure where motown finished but i am sure he will post with that info. we will not have this again in this class. the sandbagger was taking most of the jumps and was not a beginner. he bought himself a trophy but he wont buy another one.i thank everyone for coming out and remember we are going to do it again the second saturday of october ad every second saturday afterwards. i tell you guys it made me feel so good to see so many quads at one event. this area has never seen a quad race of this size and i think it will grow. all racers i talked to said they had a good time and some good competition and would be back next month. thanks again for everyones support of this race. later guys

First I gotta give BIG PROPS to Kip and the owners of Fernwood for letting us race. The track was perfect the whole night, no dust! It was sweet. Second BIG thanks to mxmike for letting me ride his speed/moto, dude I owe you one big time. Mrp, Ryan was on your A$$ that second moto!!! Great race. Josh and Bubba congrats on yall's second place. Mike dude you came from last to forth in the first moto, I wish you could have stayed. Me I raced mike's bike in the open beg and finished 4th. I felt good but a little scared to push his bike hard. I didn't want to break anything for his race after mine. Oh and a friend of mine on a Banshee finished 7th in the same class, it was his first race. But all had a good time. Every class had at least 7 or more quads and battles in all races. And yes there was a guy on a 660 Griz catching air on a lot of jumps and giving HE!! to a kid on a 250x it was great. I'm ready for the next race.

mark I talked to the guy that sandbagged in the open beg and 4 stroke beg and he said that he should of raced in the novice class. He said he started racing about 7 or 8 months ago and never did anything like that before, cause all the races he's been to they raced us together. I told him no big deal cause there is a confussion of a beg and when they should move up. But he did say that next time he's in novice. It's all good.

Me and my friend were talking to the guy that loned his bike out. I didnt catch his name though. Last night really got me itching to race. I cant wait. Thanks, Anthony
