i was wondering if 300ex rear brake pads will fit on my 250x rear brake caliper??

There are the same, get the heavy duty pads. they will last longer.

Those rear brake pads will interchange with any Honda sport quad except for the 250R.

The 250X/300EX also have the same brake pads on the front that they have on the rear.
