Get this .. I was riding my cousins arctic cat 400 and the lights went off on me then they came back on and went off again. Now they will not work at all. The electric start will not work either. We put a new battery in it and it worked for a little while but not for long. We checked it out and in the storage compartment someone had put a ball hitch. It banged around in there and hit loose something electrical in the box. We put it back in place but it still won't work. Please somebody help me out. I need to find out where the problem is at?

This happened to me as well. I needed to go over the wireing harness with a fine toothed comb, in the end i found corroded connections, etc. After these were repaired everything went back to normal.

I'm having this same problem with my AC 300. Which fuses did you change to make it charge again?
