I need some advice on what atv I should get. I love the honda 450s but the nonlocking front end just wont get me in and out of some places. I'm a hunter so I want a atv that is stable enuf and has enuf power to haul a deer back up a steep mountian. Ive ridden a 86 honda fortrax 250 for about 12 years now and I like how stable it is. Ive climbed hills with it that some of the big bores fliped on.
I was thinking about going with the grizzly 660 but I need the touk of a manual transmintion. Is there any way of locking the front end on the new forman s?

Why do you think you need a locker? I personally would have gotten a Vinson 500 manual if I had it to do over, but the locker would not bother me on 450. I could easilty pull a deer(s) over terrain that would chew the deer into little pieces with ease. Hint: My sig is wrong, I live in Indiana and might be willing to part with my green 2002 450S for a fair price

THe Honda has a limited slip differential that works well while teh quad is new. After that invest in a detroit locker from highlifter.com. Locks both front wheels while under power.
Best of both worlds, a honda with true 4x4.

do you all think the 450s is the one I should get for my needs?
