Well to start out I was bumed out because I cant make the race in breaux bridge today.I was going to race in pervace last night I got my bike all ready and was about to head out there but something told me to call them before I drive out there.Im glad I did because they cancled the race.

I went to Gonsalis and there were 13 quads signed up to race.I hurried up and unloaded so I can practice and I fouled the spark plug and ran the battery dead trying to get it started. My wife went to Walmart and got a charger and I tore the bike down to clean the plug.I got it going right before the 1st moto.

The 1st moto I got a 3rd place hole shot.Glen on the banshee got the hole shot,he came off the line like a bat out of he!!.Mike wise got 2nd place hole shoe passing Glen in the 2nd turn.I was stuck behind him for about a half a lap by the time I got around him Mike was gone.I managed a second place finish.I rode tight the whole race my arms pumped up so bad on the 5th lap I could barley hang on.I do have to say the moto front end helped big time.In the woops I used to have to double through them last night I was tripling in and skiming the rest I would ever try this before I got my front end also off the jumps it would just stick insead of kicking me with rebound.

The 2nd moto I got the hole shot and never looked back.I finished in 1st and got 1st overall. Mike wise got about a 7th place hole shot and striped out a rear wheel hub and ran the rest of the race with 1 wheel pulling.I think he finished in 6th.

Motown had some bad luck and crashed the 1st moto and stalled a couple times the 2nd moto.

I hit the kill switch twice in the 1st moto I really need to relocate that thing I think that is what Mo did to.

Well thats my weekend and another good showing for the dale. The plug thing was my fault I got to much in a hurry when I got there to start it.

just unplug it and connect the wires . i would much rather kill the quad with the key . and that way i dont forget to turn the key off. no dead batt. and to think about losing a race cuz of the kill switch . just gives me chills.

Tripling the woops.....You AS$HOLE. Man just when I thought doubling them and screwwing threw that corner was the bomb against those bigger bores. Now you have them thinking about tripling it, man.

Well I won't be off for a gonzales race untill december any way so I guess I'll get over it.

I'll be running down south mx for the next few months. Get a chance stop by. I live rite off the highway on the way to DSMX.

Hey Gaff,Jay got fired from the track in avondale.Hurray!!!!!!!
We talked to one of the track owners last night and they said they are going to let quads back over there.I passed there 2 weeks ago and it looked like alot of fun. What do you think about that turn out at gonsalis 13 quads? They had 18 full classes thats a good turn out for them. Also it was lit up like day time I wish all tracks had night lites like that.

LA supercross is letting quads back, I have to call. Man I realy like that track so much too. I just can't believe it. Hope that holds true, maybe we can get back there now. Man this will be the best.

I knew jay was heading south for months now. Sense the last run I made there fathers day I could see he was realy getting friendly with the older bike racers. In my past exsperiences poeple who do that make things hard on the majority. Just ask lyann Ware, lol.

I seen the numbers went in a hand basket over there quick. It kills me to bring all the bikes there and just sit and watch.

I realy like Gonzales and the way they treat poeple. The track isn't the best but the poeple are.

They have a series running rite now so the numbers should be high. I am very happy you all are out there helping sue and rob. They would do just about anything for us.

I haven't been racing in a while. My son and daughters are all in sports and band and all the rest that goes with it. We tried to make a friday race at LA Supercross but it was cancelled due to weather. We tried to make quad wars 2 at gonzales but it was cancelled too. Today my son was going to race in Larose but it was cancelled. Just seems september just isn't racing time for us.

I love the lights at gonzales, they did a graet job. Although it was still hot last month even at night I thought I would give it a braek.

I ran the spillway XC course and MX track last saterday. A guy with a C-dale was there. He had so much troubles in the woods. He kept stauling and finally my daughter had to tow him in because his battry was dead. He ate my lunch on the MX track for the most part but I was able to hang with him and pass him a few times. He just didn't have the feel for the quad. I tried to ride it around a bit but I seen what he meant because I couldn't get a feel for it either. I staulled it no less than a dozen times, lol.

Man I'm at work rite now but hopefully when I get home we can go to LA Supercross. Think about it, a track rite by the house again.

Hay and while you were gone they opened a kids track as well so bring the kids and let them run that one.
