What oil to run for Wisconsin winter?
#1
Hey guys~
I'm due for an oil change but I'm not sure what oil to use. I've read up on previous posts concerning oil, but didn't find anything about cold weather. It seems the Castrol GTX is a good oil to run in the DS, but what weight do I need? Temperatures for the winter will range from +50 F to -20 F. Is there something other than the Castrol I should be looking at? I have been using Torco 10w40 but am looking for something a little cheaper(hey, I'm a poor college student). Thanks for any replies.
