Just as the title asks, anyone know how many starts and stripes were produced?

 

Each dealer gets 2 Special Editions. So how ever many dealers there are times 2.

 

I thought it was only 200 made.

 

Sandgod, that's what I thought I heard too. Only a couple hundred were going to be produced.

 

Initial production was supposed to be 200 to begin with.............

Then there was the problem.......If every dealer was only allowed two.....they would run out of LEs before every deraler got to place their order.

In other words.....Too many dealers and not enough LEs to go around if each was allowed only two.

So.......then the number went to 220....and then a week later, I heard 250.........What the actual number went to, I'm not sure.

We only got 2 of them, but I know of one dealer who received 8 and another who received 9.......This was about a month after their release.

So......Either they had some left and distibuted more than the alloted 2 to move them out of the warehouse......OR they aren't as limited as they were supposed to be.

Maybe we will find out soon exactly how many were produced by serial numbers of those who purchased them. I would like to know myself.

 

I got 5 of them top number serial number 108.
